Earnings & Results Disclaimer
Grinde · Last updated August 1, 2026
This disclaimer applies to the Grinde mobile application ("App"), to joinmao.com, and to every piece of marketing we publish about Grinde. It is part of the Terms of Service and applies to you wherever you live.
The short version
Grinde is a tool that helps you do the work. It is not a promise that the work will pay.
We built Grinde to help people build income online, and we think it helps. But we do not guarantee, promise, project, or predict that you will earn any amount of money — or any money at all. Anyone who tells you otherwise about any product is not being straight with you.
1. No earnings guarantee
You agree and understand that:
- We make no representation about income. Nothing in the App, on this website, in the App Store listing, or in any email, post, or advertisement is a guarantee, projection, or forecast of earnings.
- We have no typical result to report. Grinde does not track user income, so we cannot and do not claim a typical, average, expected, or achievable result. The absence of a figure is not an implied figure.
- Many users will earn nothing. Building income online is difficult and most attempts do not succeed. Your outcome may be zero. Your outcome may be negative if you spend money on tools, advertising, inventory, or services along the way.
- You may lose money. Acting on a plan can involve real costs and real risk. You are responsible for every euro or dollar you choose to spend.
2. What the high-ROI task generator actually does
The task generator takes the goal and context you provide and produces a suggested next step, ordered by our estimate of payoff relative to the effort it takes.
That ordering is an estimate and an opinion, not a measurement. "High ROI" describes how we rank suggestions against each other. It is not a claim about your return on investment, and it is not a calculation of any actual or expected financial return. We do not know your market, your skill, your competition, or your circumstances, and we do not verify outcomes.
3. Results depend on factors we do not control
What you achieve with Grinde depends on things that are entirely outside our hands, including your starting point, skills, and experience; the time and consistency you actually put in; your market, competition, and timing; your access to money, tools, and audience; the decisions you make; economic conditions; and plain luck.
Two people can follow identical plans and get entirely different results.
4. A planning tool — not professional advice
Grinde organizes and prioritizes work toward a goal you set yourself. It does not deliver a course or curriculum, and it does not teach, assess, certify, or supervise your learning.
Its suggestions are not financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, legal, business, medical, or psychological advice, and no advisor, coach, or fiduciary relationship is created by using it.
Grinde is not a business opportunity, a franchise, a work-from-home offer, an employment agency, a job placement service, or an investment product. We do not offer you work, pay you, place you with anyone who will, or take a share of anything you make.
Before acting on anything Grinde suggests, consult a qualified professional licensed in your country.
5. AI-generated content
Grinde uses an AI model (OpenAI gpt-4o-mini) to generate plans and suggestions. You are interacting with an automated system, not a human advisor.
AI output can be wrong, outdated, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation, and it can state incorrect things confidently. It is generated automatically and is not reviewed by a person before you see it. Treat every suggestion as a starting point to verify — not as instruction to follow. You are solely responsible for anything you do on the basis of it.
6. Streaks, rewards, and progress
Grinde uses light gamification: a path you move along as you finish tasks, plus XP, levels, and streaks. It is there to make consistency visible, because consistency is what makes the work compound.
Two things follow from that, and you should know both:
- A streak measures consistency, not results. A long streak means you showed up. It does not mean you are closer to earning money, and it is not evidence that your plan is working. Do not read progress in the app as progress in your finances.
- Rewards are designed to motivate, and motivation can mislead. If keeping a streak alive starts to matter more to you than whether the tasks are worth doing, stop and reassess. Grinde is meant to serve your goal, not to replace it.
You can stop using Grinde at any time. Losing a streak costs you nothing real.
7. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for making sure that anything you do is legal where you live, including obtaining any licence, permit, or registration your activity requires; reporting and paying tax on anything you earn; complying with consumer, advertising, employment, and platform rules; and complying with the terms of any third-party platform you use.
We do not check whether a suggestion is lawful or workable in your country. Grinde suggestions are general, and law is local.
8. Testimonials and examples
Any testimonial, review, case study, screenshot, or example we publish reflects one person's individual experience at one point in time. It is not typical, not average, and not evidence that you will do the same. Examples used to illustrate a concept are illustrative only and are not records of actual results.
We do not pay for testimonials or offer anything of value in exchange for them. If that ever changes, we will say so plainly next to the testimonial.
9. No liability for your decisions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any lost profits, lost income, lost opportunity, wasted expenditure, wasted time, business losses, or other loss arising from your use of Grinde or from any decision you make based on its content. The limits and exceptions in Section 10 of the Terms of Service apply to this disclaimer in full.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence. If you are a consumer, you keep every right your local law gives you, and nothing in this disclaimer takes that away.
10. Questions
If anything here is unclear, ask before you rely on it.
