This policy covers this website, joinmao.com. Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from the app's page: Yielo and PicRecipeAI.

The short version: this website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking, or advertising, and it does not load anything from third-party servers such as Google Fonts. The only personal data processed is what any website needs to be delivered to you, and anything you send us by email.

2. Hosting and Server Logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit a page, your browser automatically sends technical data that the hosting servers record in log files:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of the request
  • The page requested
  • Browser type and version, and operating system
  • The referring website, if any

This data is needed to deliver the website to you and to keep it secure and stable, for example to detect and block attacks. It is not combined with other data and is not used to identify you.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in delivering a secure, working website.

Retention: Vercel keeps log data only as long as needed for operation and security, and then deletes it.

Data processing agreement: Vercel processes this data on our behalf under its Data Processing Addendum (Art. 28 GDPR).

Transfers outside the EU: Vercel may process data in the United States. Such transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in Vercel's Data Processing Addendum.

3. Contacting Us by Email

If you email us, we process your email address, your message, and anything else you include, only to answer you.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message relates to a contract or a request before one, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us.

Retention: We delete emails once your request is settled, within 12 months at the latest, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your email is handled by our email provider on our behalf.

4. No Cookies, Analytics, or Tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking, social media plugins, or advertising. Text is shown in your device's built-in system fonts, and all other files are loaded from this website itself.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15).
  • Correct inaccurate data (Art. 16).
  • Delete your data (Art. 17).
  • Restrict processing (Art. 18).
  • Data portability (Art. 20).
